Term of Service

  • Personal use only. Commercial use would have to be discussed further for an additional charge.

  • If you feed my artwork to AI, I will immediately blacklist you.

  • To prevent AI use, I will have to ask for at least 25% of the commission fee after the concept sketch.

  • Full payment will be asked after the coloured sketch.

  • Please provide a clear reference, and don't hesitate to tell me what precisely you want. A description without a clear reference will get an additional cost.

  • I have every right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with it.

  • The range of work can be done in 7-20 days (I will inform you when the piece is supposed to be done).

  • The result will be in high-res JPEG/PNG. The default canvas size will be A4. You can ask for a custom canvas size

  • All commission results will be used as an online portfolio or the next sample commission. Please tell me if you want to keep it private

  • 2 chances max revision (please use it wisely on the sketch part)

  • Minor change such as colour adjusting is fine. (major changes will be charged)

  • Everything related to video/self-branding auto-counted as commercial use.

Additional Cost

  • Complicated horns or small minion/pets charged +$5-20 usd

  • Complicated character details (ex. light/heavy armor, unique accessories, fury) : +$10-50 can be half from the base price, if the there's too much details (ex. ffxiv character armor, clothes, horns, etc)

  • Add a complicated items/background : +$10-100 (depend on the details)

  • Customizing oc from scratch : +$20-50

Process and Delivery

  • Fill out the provided form.

  • I will email you to confirm your commission and provide rough sketch.

  • Once everything discussed is confirmed, I will send you an invoice through Paypal or Wise.

  • I will start working on your commission once you've paid.

  • Major revision will only be done on the coloured sketch stage. You can still ask for minor revisions in other stages.

  • Any major revision after coloured sketch stage will be charged extra.

  • I will be sending work in progress for each stage (you can see your progress on my Trello)

  • I will make sure to inform you if anything comes up that delayed the estimated delivery

  • Once you're satisfied with the final outcome, I will be sending you a high-resolution JPEG/PNG of your choice file via email with a Google Drive attachment.
